We were suprised to find out a few years ago, one of Jared's great grandfathers was buried here in Arizona. We have wanted to go see the grave for a while and thought Memorial day would be a great day to do it. We called up Jared's cousin Lindsay and she happened to be in Mesa. We met up with her and her husband Josh, and found the grave site together. It was neat, and now we want to learn more about Joseph Lawlor, making the next visit to the grave site that much more meaningful. We enjoyed honoring those who came before us.

Afterwards, we took a trip to Ponchos, a favorite mexican restaurant. We thought of many family that has visited us, that we have taken there in the past, who love it as much as we do. Cara was the awesome camera person.

Good for you guys. Thats neat of you to do that.I stopped by our mom and dad's grave the last time we were in Carey cuz I knew I wouldn't be seeing that for a while.
That's cool! I have something similar to that here--my great great great grandparents are buried in Menan (but I haven't made it to the grave yet). I love seeing what you are up to!
Since we are having the Lawlor reunion honoring Joseph Lawlor,on July 4 and 5, i hope we will be able to print your picture off the blog, if not could you send the picture of your family around the grave site to Uncle Keith. We are trying to collect all the pictures we can to display at the reunion of the 5 Sons of Joseph and all family members. Please send one
