This and That

Updated pics of my precious little one! I am enjoying every moment with this baby. Myles is such a good baby. He hardly cries, doesn't spit up, and poops once a week! My favorite time with him is first thing in the morning. He wakes up so happy. I would eat him if I could! I just wish I could freeze time.




We received a fun invitation in the mail from our cousin Haylee Cahoon to participate in her school project. She sent a little laminated picture of herself and asked us to take her around where we live. So in these pictures if you look you can see little Haylee in all our activities. It was a fun full day!








I just had to get a picture of this. These are our kid's neighborhood friends. They all wanted to see the new baby all at the same time. Lots of love for baby Myles!

It's Only Begun...

Saturday Jared and I(and Myles) went to my cousins funeral, being gone almost half the day. We hired a babysitter to watch the kids. When we got home, I walk in the door and find two girls whom I have never seen before, sitting at my piano. I say, "Hello," and out walks another girl from our bathroom, zipping up her pants. "Hi." I say to her. I look in my livingroom and there is another girl playing our Wii. "What is going on here?" I'm thinking. In runs another girl from the back yard. Our house was quite chaotic with girls in every direction! So it turns out Cara told the babysitter, "Mom says it's fine to have all these friends over"(which is not true). End of story, Cara got in trouble because she had her first party while Mom and Dad were away. I wonder if this is going to be the last time...

(Side note: Cara also told the babysitter, "Mom lets us have big bowls of chocolate icecream for lunch.")

Myles Blessing Day

Myles was given a beautiful blessing by his father on Sunday. He was told that he would always honor the Priesthood and womanhood in his life. It was very touching.
Thank you to all who made the trip to be here to share in our special day, especially the Pecks. It means so much to Jared to have his family here. We had a great weekend with Gramma and Papa Peck. We wish it could have been longer!

Rainy Easter!

We had an unusually rainy Easter Saturday. We enjoyed the egg hunt in our house, with our little family. It really was fun for a change. But then enjoyed the most beautiful Easter Sabbath day, to think of the Savior, of His life, His Atonement, and Resurrection. Happy Easter!(I'd have pics of today, but Cara came down with the stomach flu on the way to church!)

New Back Yard Addition

Jared spent the last few days putting in a sand box for the kiddos. They had tons of fun before he spread out the sand!

Scotty is such a good big brother. He absolutely loves Myles. He is always asking if he can "pet" him. Good times!
